Shipping policy
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Processing time is typically 1-3 business days. If your item is in stock it will be ready to ship. This is due to having a new business and fulfilling items as they come in or “made to order”. Your order is top priority so please know it is being packaged with lots of care and as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about shipping delays once the package leaves my shop. Your order will come with a tracking number which can be presented to the carrier if there are any delays or delivery issues.
Priority Mail Express / Overnight Shipping:
Please note that if you purchase priority mail express shipping, the order is still subject to processing times before it leaves the shop. This is a one woman owned and operated business, I will always try to push it to the front of the line to get it out as fast as possible for you! If you have any questions please contact me before placing the order for current processing time estimates. I do my best to get all orders out in a timely fashion.
Carrier Delays / Lost Packages:
I will always do my best to meet processing and shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them due to possible carrier delays. Once your package leaves my shop, I have no control over when or how it is delivered. As a small business, unfortunately I am unable to offer refunds or replacements of products for lost or stolen packages at this time. If your package is missing, please reach out to the carrier to file a claim for a refund of your order. Dionna Home Co is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. We hope that with growth we will have a budget for taking care of you in the future.
